    The Director of PMO (Program Management Office), is a hands-on Director responsible for direction and leadership of NetBrain’s PMO team. Reporting to the CEO, The Director of PMO will manage and lead the PMO team, and lead key cross functional initiatives at NetBrain.


    • This is a very hands-on role. The Director of PMO will personally lead mission critical programs that are key to company growth
    • Coach and mentor a small team
    • Drives strategy and decision-making on programs and execution of agreed upon program plans
    • Fosters a culture of accountability, positive team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration
    • Identifies, establishes and promotes best practices for program management
    • Maintains a fully integrated, cross-functional program view; balances technical and business 


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years in program management roles
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Demonstrated success handling business initiatives of high complexity and risk
    • Demonstrated success handling a variety of business programs
    • Strong influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to provide strategic insight and problem solving
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
