    The CFO will be a trusted business advisor to the CEO and will provide the financial leadership, execution, and experience required to support the company's growth by working closely with the executive team and the finance and accounting staff. We are looking for a CFO who can assist the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.


    • Support the CEO in growing and scaling the organization
    • Develop finance and accounting functions that enables growth and scalability
    • Aid company in aggressive growth strategy
    • Understand general economic, business and financial conditions and anticipate their impact on the company’s policies and operations
    • Build financial and technological infrastructure and have the vision to support and guide senior leadership through periods of rapid growth
    • Ensure the company’s capital structure, financial systems, controls, and forecasting models will support the growth and expansion anticipated
    • Oversee policies and processes, resources and systems supporting the financial accounting and reporting requirements
    • Help leadership team make data driven business decisions


    • A minimum of a BS in Accounting, Finance or Related Field; a CPA is a plus.
    • 3+ years’ experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably within a software company.
    • Experience with multinational companies a plus.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organization skills.
    • Experience in strategic planning and implementation. Current knowledge of finance, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, cost control principles and US GAAP
    • Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, analysis and projections and effectively communicate these to non-financial managers
    • Experience and appreciation of the effective management of corporate finance in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
