    The Talent Acquisition team at NetBrain is responsible for attracting top talent to the organization to support rapid growth worldwide. The team works together to continuously optimize recruitment processes in a way that delivers a high-quality experience.  NetBrain is rapidly expanding in EMEA and is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Munich to help facilitate this growth.  The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting in the EMEA market place, and will work with the hiring team to continuously develop a pipeline of specific competencies to meet evolving hiring needs and requirements.


    • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and timing
    • Develop detailed objective-based candidate success profiles
    • Build a high-volume pipeline of candidates through a multichannel sourcing approach
    • Drive the recruitment process from inception to completion; communicate with managers at different points in the process to move candidates along
    • Coordinate scheduling of candidates for interviews
    • Effectively source and screen candidates for employment
    • Effectively brand the company
    • Manage the offer approval process
    • Manage employee onboarding
    • Other tasks and duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
    • Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth, demanding environment
    • Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches
    • Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers
    • Excellent communication skills including both a German native speaker and English (written and verbal) 
    • Ability to promote and expand NetBrain’s employer brand in the marketplace

    The ideal candidate is able to commute and work in NetBrain's Munich office.
